We’re looking for a talented swimming coach to join our team and lead our club to victory.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>𝐆𝐥𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐬𝐞 𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐉𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲</p><p>Develop and implement a comprehensive training program for players of all ages and skill levels, including group and individual lessons, drills, and match play.</p><p>Organize and run clinics, camps, and tournaments, ensuring that they are well-structured and effective in developing players’ skills and love for the sport.</p><p>Manage the day-to-day operations of the program, including scheduling, equipment management, and communication with players and parents.</p><p>Recruit and retain players for the program, including outreach to local schools, clubs, and communities.</p><p>Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions with players, parents, and staff.</p><p>Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in coaching, attending conferences, workshops, and seminars as needed.</p><p>Ensure that all safety protocols are followed, including proper use and maintenance of equipment and adherence to all applicable laws and regulations.</p><p>Staying up to date with trends related to own sport</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>𝐓𝐨 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐣𝐨𝐛 𝐬𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐥𝐲, you need to have the following minimum requirements:</p><p><br></p><p>Education and experience:</p><p>Bachelor’s degree in physical education, sports science, or related field preferred</p><p>Study in Sports Management is a plus</p><p>3:5 years of experience in the same position</p><p>Obtaining the Certifications related to the sport</p><p>Certification in coaching and mentoring</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>If you have a passion for the pool and a proven track record of success, we want to hear from you.
