The successful candidate will be responsible for providing 24/7 support to address any issues that arise and ensuring the high availability of the app.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>Responsibilities:</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>- Provide 24/7 support to address any issues that arise, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to the app</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>- Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as developers, quality assurance, and product management to escalate complex issues, provide feedback, and contribute to product improvement and bug fixing.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>- Develop and maintain documentation and training materials to support customer inquiries and issue resolution</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>- Proactively monitor the app for any potential issues or outages, and take appropriate action to ensure high availability and performance</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide timely and accurate updates on issue resolution status</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in customer support and make recommendations for improvements to our support process and technology stack</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>Requirements:</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>- Proven experience in a customer support role, with a strong focus on app support and issue resolution</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>- Strong knowledge of app support tools and technologies such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Intercom</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>- Experience with monitoring and diagnostic tools such as New Relic or Datadog</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>- Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>- Excellent written and verbal communication skills</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>Diverge is a Creative Experience & Tech company that specializes in building enterprise software solutions, creating immersive virtual realities, and providing digital innovation services.
