<strong>Our Exciting Opportunity<br><br></strong>We are now looking for a Support Engineer that will provide technical service and support to our customers. In this role, you will troubleshoot and resolve problems to stabilize and optimize customer networks. You will configure and integrate different nodes and solutions in new and live customer networks.<br><br>The Support Engineer typically interacts with customer technical staff, operation managers, service engineers and other groups within the Service Delivery organization. You may also interact with groups in sales, R&D, 3rd party suppliers and local authorities.<br><br><strong>What You Will Do<br></strong><ul><li>Handle customer issues (Normal CSR work)</li><li>Handling Emergency cases and fault Isolation for the customer</li><li>Handle dedicated support</li><li>Handle Software Update Management (SUM)<br></li></ul><strong>To be successful in the role you must have:<br></strong><ul><li>Education: Bachelor’s degrees in telecommunication engineering or related university degree.</li><li>Min years of experience: 2+ Years</li><li>Domain experience: BSS, Charging System</li><li>Delivering results & meeting customer expectations</li><li>Good Troubleshooting & fault Isolation skills</li><li>Delivering results & meeting customer expectations</li><li>Presentation & communication skills.<br></li></ul><strong>Additional Requirements:<br></strong><ul><li>Very good knowledge in SDP/AIR/NGCRS/NGVS/OCC/CCN</li><li>Should able do tracing and sophisticated logs analysis for BSS applications, RedHat, Linux System Administration, Virtualization, Scripting or SQL, Oracle and other related platforms.</li><li>Very good knowledge in RedHat Linux RHEL.</li><li>Good knowledge in VMware hypervisor, Kubernetes & Docker</li><li>Past experience with Ericsson will be preferred.</li><li>Linux (bash scripting, installation & networking)</li><li>SQL & Oracle DB (is a plus)<br></li></ul><strong>This role is posted across MMEA, final location will be decided once the candidate is finalised.<br><br></strong><strong>Why join Ericsson ?<br><br></strong>At Ericsson, you´ll have an outstanding opportunity.
