Find out more https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=baa_aiJ4L7E<p><br></p>Do you want to work for a global player, where we care about ethics, inclusion and diversity and our people?<p><br></p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong><p><br></p>Job Responsibilities<p><br></p><ul><li>Develop demand forecasts (operational forecasts) at multiple levels of aggregation for multiple time horizons as part of a demand planning function.</li><li>Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results.</li><li>Coordinate cross-functional research activities to reconcile significant variances and refine the forecast model to reflect updated sales and marketing assumptions.</li><li>Operate within the Assortment and SIOP process in Middle East. Liaise with EMEA SIOP team to ensure coordination and alignment with EMEA capacity planning. </li><li>Use and maintain Demantra as the primary forecasting system tool.</li><li>Implement and maintain Inventory and Material Management Strategies for all Finished Goods by regular review and optimisation of inventory parameters and levels (e.g. safety stock, ABC / FMR / LSO categorisation).</li><li>Identify and manage potential inventory obsolescence (finished goods and raw materials).</li><li>Achieve goal of high material availability while optimizing inventory mix and balancing local production planning.</li><li>Drive DOH & E&O reduction, along with improving the health of the inventory.</li><li>Contribute towards high service level to customers and ensure corrective action are put in place (root cause analysis and action plan).</li><li>Coordinate with other Supply Chain and other internal customers.</li><li>Set up of optimized materials planning process, systems and parameters to fulfil overall goals (MRP)</li></ul><p><br></p>Dimensions<p><br></p><ul><li>Create statistical forecasts:</li><li> Gather, analyse and validate data</li><li> Execute statistical modelling software</li><li> Review resulting statistical forecast model</li><li>Prepare and maintain relevant reports pertaining to demand planning process.</li><li>Optimize stock levels by implementing accurate planning measures.</li><li>Apply Lean Inventory / Manufacturing initiatives.</li><li>Manage SIOP process.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Qualifications</strong><p><br></p>Are you?<p><br></p><strong>Required</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>5+ years of experiences in materials planning for Distribution and Projects</li><li>Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution </li><li>Materials Planning expert in international environment – international supply and distribution</li><li>Experience in Oracle / SAP Purchase order & MRP module</li><li>Knowledge in Lean Logistic theories</li><li>Analytical skills and strategically thinker </li><li>Excellent computer skills, Ms office</li><li>Language skills: English</li><li>Strong communication skills, strong networking skills</li><li>Advanced analytical and cognitive skills</li><li>Middle East business experiences in materials management of finished goods is very desirable</li><li>Long-time experiences with materials planning systems and/or network design tools (Oracle / SAP)</li><li>Good communication skills</li><li>Highly motivated and trusted partner</li><li>Strong customer orientation</li><li>Strong team player</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Skills</strong><p><br></p>We are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for job applicants and employees.
