Here’s a chance to get a feel for your day-today :</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong> </strong></p><ul><li>Manage and maintain current Canadian corporate housing partners network.</li><li>Ensuring all partners are signed under the up to date Partners/Service level Agreements.</li><li>Identify new Corporate Housing Partners and grow inventory in worldwide by negotiating and signing on new Partnership Agreements.</li><li>Inspect and ensure they are keeping up with CS standards and brand image.</li><li>Keep transparent, fair and rigorous relationship to maintain positive brand image.</li><li>Business development – Acquiring new business/clients.</li><li>Respond to leads and develop sales opportunities</li><li>Encourage and educate partners to use our inventory for their customer needs by communicating our promotions and new properties/locations.</li><li>Meet with existing corporate clients to help build brand awareness and cross sell for our supply chain locations.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Skills and Requirements you need to excel in this position include;</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><ul><li><span>Developing quotes and proposals</span></li><li><span>Negotiating and renegotiating by phone and email</span></li><li><span>Developing sales goals and ensuring they are met</span></li><li><span>Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills</span></li><li><span>Oral and written English is essential</span></li><li>Strong communication skills</li><li><span>Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems</span></li><li><span>In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events</span></li><li><span>The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines</span></li><li><span>Skill in prioritizing and triaging obligations</span></li><li><span>Attention to detail</span></li><li><span>Excellent time management and organisation</span></li></ul><p><br></p>
