Job Purpose
• Responsible & accountable for the development, management, evaluation and improvement of the supply chain planning process.
• Determines planning techniques, tool utilization, synchronization processes, contingency plans, and metrics.
• Lead S&OP/E processes on monthly & weekly basis.
• Leads & evaluates supply planners.
• Ensures continuous development in planning capabilities.
• Work collaboratively with other functions (e.g. logistics, manufacturing, procurement, Commercial, Marketing etc.) to ensure all operational plans are executed by them and all improvement opportunities are identified and implemented to improve customer service and reduce supply chain operational costs.
• Provides short, medium and long term directions to the leadership team on infrastructure capacity requirements
