Job Description

<p>Managing the material requirement planning and overseeing the inventory management and the Master Production Schedule in addition to the continuous&nbsp;review and adjustment of the demand plan.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Duties &amp; Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Manage material requirement planning, determination the necessary resources needed to meet the customer orders and production plan.</li><li>Responsible for balancing the supply and demand of finished goods to ensure targeted Customer service level and Inventory targets.</li><li>Responsible for overseeing the inventory management process, defining departmental strategies for appropriate inventory levels, eliminating obsolete and off-spec material, and reduce aging material</li><li>Responsible to convert the Rolling sales forecast into monthly plans.</li><li>Develop methods and procedures for scheduling of raw materials from suppliers to support manufacturing in achieving customer demand and minimizing cost impacts.</li><li>Develop and lead Sales and Operations Planning (S&amp;OP) process.</li><li>Single point of contact for all the business functions (Marketing / Sales / Production)</li><li>Maintaining right level of Inventory considering production constraints and demand variations.</li><li>Control phase in phase out of materials during launches.</li><li>Manage a Master Production Schedule for designated products and locations.</li><li>Assist in the review and adjustment of demand plan with internal stakeholders.</li><li>Monitor open purchase orders to ensure on time deliveries; partner with Order Management to resolve any admin/order error(s).</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering or any related field.</li><li>2+ years of professional experience in supply chain planning, manufacturing planning, inventory control, demand planning, or other supply chain function.</li><li>Knowledge and experience with ERP software system &amp; MS packages (Excel, Word, etc…).</li><li>Good command of English language (writing, reading, speaking)</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Skills &amp; Abilities:&nbsp;</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Advanced Communication Skills</li><li>Ability to work under pressure</li><li>Multitasking</li><li>Teamwork</li><li>Accuracy, thoroughness, and precision.</li><li>Analytical skills</li></ul>
