As the Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our operations in the Middle East and Africa region. We are looking for a candidate who has a strong educational background in supply chain, relevant regional experience, and a proven track record in managing supply chain activities.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>Ø Manage end-to-end supply chain operations for the Middle East and Africa region.</p><p>Ø Optimize supply chain processes to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products to customers.</p><p>Ø Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast demand, plan inventory levels, and coordinate related activities.</p><p>Ø Monitor and analyze key supply chain metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.</p><p>Ø Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction.</p><p>Ø Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a strong focus on company guidelines and internal control system.</p><p>Ø Manage and develop a small team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative work environment.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p>Ø Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.</p><p>Ø Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on the Middle East and Africa region.</p><p>Ø Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, best practices, and industry trends.</p><p>Ø Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, and experience working with globally recognized ERP systems, experienced SAP user will be preferred.</p><p>Ø Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</p><p>Ø Proven experience in managing and leading small teams.</p><p>Ø Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.</p><p><span>Ø English Language and knowledge of German Language will be an advantage.</span></p><p><span>Ø International Travel requirements of up to 15%.</span></p><p><br></p><p>If you are a results-oriented supply chain professional with a strong regional background, this is an exciting opportunity to join our growing organization.
