<strong>Job Description</strong><p><br></p><strong>Project responsibilities</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Lead discussion with in-market and above country SC team to understand and drive Saudi CH localization requirements. </li><li>Understand, challenge and track initiation (one-off) costs related to localization project such process batch costs, trial run costs, serialization, etc.. </li><li>Simulate costing runs to ensure Transfer Prices are aligned with guidance issued by Global Tax and Transfer Pricing team before Purchase Order is issued. </li><li>Assist CMO project team in setting up RFQ’s for SKU’s in line for localisation in the coming years</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>J</strong><strong>ob responsibilities</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Act as finance point of contact with 2 CMO sites (AJA &amp; GSAL)</li><li>Lead Standard Product Costing (FLIP) with CMO along with MEA SC Lead to understand and challenge assumptions behind costing for Saudi CH portfolio</li><li>E2E ownership of bulk Transfer Pricing, Net cost, Mark-up process and inventories</li><li>Assist Commercial FBP and SC team with bulk inventory target setting and monthly, Quarterly and full year outlook</li><li>System set up of GMM codes, Pricing, Tracking of inventory, conversion of inventory into Finished goods</li><li>Calculation of PPV and reporting of under/over recoveries and reporting of underlying variances</li><li>Working alongside FR&amp;A Manager with the month-end E2E P&amp;L and Balance Sheet explaining variances to Plan, CMF and LY. (C&amp;C and CMF cycle)</li><li>Review the tolling fees charged by CMO &amp; ensuring contractual financial obligations are being adhered to</li><li>Build SOPs and process documentation for SC Finance work-flow within Saudi CH</li><li>Manage bulk inventory audit process with internal and external audit</li><li>Assist with ad-hoc reporting and initiatives as required</li><li>Simulate costing runs to ensure Transfer Prices are aligned with guidance issued by Global Tax and Transfer Pricing team before Purchase Order is issued</li><li>Understand, implement, and submit bills-of-materials (BOM), usage/consumption factors and tolling costs in CERPS and ICT after alignment with Finance Business Partner and above country sourcing sites</li><li>Ensuring ICFW controls relating to manufacturing are carried out along as per ICFW framework along with performing L1 monitoring for the controls</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Education</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>A Bachelor’ s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field is preferred</li></ul>
