Job Description

<ul><li>Develop the company’s strategies, policies and general plans related to supply chains, and direct their implementation.</li><li>Manage and direct supply chain activities, and direct supply chain actions for goods and materials.</li><li>Selection, training and supervision of employees, monitoring their level of performance and behavior in comparison with the goals.</li><li>Monitor the performance of processes and employees in comparison with the set goals, identify patterns, take corrective actions.</li><li>Develop policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the relevant rules and regulations, and direct their implementation.</li><li>Develop, lead and implement strategic supply chain action plans.</li><li>Review and update supply chain practices in accordance with new or changing environmental policies, standards, regulations or laws.</li><li>Control and management of total quality, quantity, cost and efficiency of movement and storage of all products.</li><li>Design or implement supply chain supporting strategies to adapt to changing market conditions, new business opportunities, or cost reduction strategies.</li><li>Manage, maintain and develop relationships with suppliers, government agencies or their representatives and suppliers including managers, their suppliers or third-party companies to ensure on-time and smooth movement of the product internationally and domestically in accordance with contractual obligations and service levels.</li></ul>
