<ul><li>Responsible for acquiring new suppliers. </li><li>Responsible drivers acquisition targets. </li><li>Responsible for managing relationships between ILLA and suppliers to ensure high suppliers’ satisfaction.</li><li>Supply Acquisition through Multiple channels ex. Suppliers, Ambassadors, On-ground and Referrals program.</li><li>Suppliers Performance management.</li><li>Responsible for tiering and categorizing suppliers.</li><li>Designing suppliers’ incentives to increase intake.</li><li>Setting Actions helping suppliers to improve their performance.</li><li>Budgeting and Cash flow tracking for suppliers.<br></li></ul><strong><u>Requirements<br></u></strong><ul><li>2-3 years of Experience in logistics, Supply </li><li>Experience in land freight is a plus</li><li>Bachelors Degree faculty of commerce, English section.</li><li>Excellent Analytical Skills.</li><li>Excellent verbal &amp; written communication skills.</li><li>Excellent MS Office Skills.<br></li></ul>
