<ul><li>Acquiring new suppliers to enhance our network and meet the organizations growth targets. </li><li>Collaborating with the drivers acquisition team to achieve driver acquisition targets. </li><li>Managing and fostering relationships between ILLA and suppliers to ensure high levels of satisfaction. </li><li>Implementing supply acquisition strategies through various channels, including suppliers, ambassadors, on-ground initiatives, and referral programs. </li><li>Monitoring and evaluating suppliers performance, implementing necessary actions to support their improvement. </li><li>Budgeting and tracking cash flow related to supplier operations. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Requirements</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Possess 1-3 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, with a strong focus on supply acquisition. </li><li>Previous experience in land freight operations will be considered a valuable asset. </li><li>Hold a bachelors degree in Commerce, with specialization in Supply Chain Management or a relevant field. </li><li>Demonstrate excellent analytical skills to assess supplier performance and identify areas for improvement. </li><li>Exhibit exceptional verbal and written communication skills. </li><li>Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, to analyze data and prepare reports.</li></ul>
