About the team:

Market data Team is the interface with FIS various Data source owners to ensure:

  • That’s FIS products and staff are compliant with Data providers’ requirements in all fields linked to market data use and redistribution.

  • That appropriate distribution licenses are in place (sharing costs amongst FIS groups where possible)

What you will be doing:

You will work in a fast-paced environment, your role Supplier Contract Analyst II is varied, and may require working in the following areas:

  • You will be the Interface with all FIS teams (implementation, client support, operations) to ensure compliance with Data Source providers’ requirements in all business areas.

  • Interface between Exchanges and Clients related to market data pricing and policies: data optimization, data sourcing.

  • You will have the mission of Collect and Analyze of the Stock Exchanges policies to communicate any changes or news to the client sales executive.

  • You will also assist the Sales team on the client billing to be in accordance with the monthly declarations.

  • Exchange audit: preparation of audits, follow up (additional queries from auditors following the onsite audit), settlement (reassessment or list of improvements to implement).

  • You will have the opportunity to work with the accounts payable department, to check the conformity of the variable and Fixed Charges with forecasts, then approve in ORACLE for payment.

  • You will produce the quarterly intercompany Market Data invoices.

  • You will be responsible for monthly and quarterly reporting based on our client usages to the contracted Parties (either Exchanges or Third parties…).

  • Reception, centralization, and validation of all service agreements issued by sales coordination with accounting department for issuance of client invoices and preparation of cash forecasts.

What you bring:

  • Knowledge of Financial Market Data (Stocks/Bonds Futures/Options/Indices/Funds/etc.)

  • Market data business knowledge (commercial policies) – specifically related to Exchanges (eg terms used)

  • At least 1-3 years’ experience working in exchange market data.

  • Interpersonal skills: Team player with ability to work efficiently with different partners,
    e.g.  clients, internal staff (developers, support) and data vendors when required.

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in finance

  • Good English written/oral.

  • Communication skills: Ability to work in English, including the capability to understand and produce clear documentation.

  • MS office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
