<strong>Overview</strong><p><br></p><strong> Position </strong><p><br></p><strong> Supplemental Manpower Recruitment Manager </strong><p><br></p><strong> Position Code </strong><p><br></p><strong> Reports to </strong><p><br></p><strong> Head of HR Projects </strong><p><br></p><strong> Direct Reports </strong><p><br></p><strong> TBC </strong><p><br></p><strong> Department </strong><p><br></p><strong> HR </strong><p><br></p><strong> Division/Sector </strong><p><br></p><strong> TBC </strong><p><br></p><strong> Role Purpose </strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Responsible for managing, developing, and providing an effective Supplemental Manpower Recruitment process, liaising with Business partners/ Companies and providers to develop the additional SMP Manpower strategies, develop and implement SMP recruitment process and act as point of contact with all recruitment avenues and create the right controls to this area. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Key Accountabilities &amp; Activities</strong><p><br></p><strong> Key Responsibilities </strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Review the quarterly results of the SMP recruitment and induction survey and take appropriate action to remedy faults. </li><li> Develop and redefine the SMP recruitment process to fill all vacancies on demand. </li><li> Analyze and monitor the SMP recruitment progress for all service lines and report on recruitment activities with recommendation for improvement. </li><li> Conduct CV screening submitted to NEOM, and forward those potential to the appropriate Business Partners </li><li> Ensure the selection of right candidates with right attitude, quality, and suites to the mission, vision, and culture of NEOM. </li><li> Manage the closure process – ensure successful candidates are advised on a timely basis; contracts and other formalities are properly completed; the candidates is successfully brought into the office. </li><li> Be fully conversant with Neom’s SMP recruitment procedures and act as a source of advice in the office. </li><li> Maintain positive relationship with the agents/clients on the SMP recruitment and ensure their prompt action/response every time. </li><li> Establishes general hiring standards for all classes of employment, including standardization of screening, interviewing, recruitment criteria etc </li><li> Create innovative sourcing strategies and controls to ensure NEOM SMP contractor moves closer to realizing a ‘New Future.’ </li><li> Provide innovative, scalable solutions to drive SMP hiring to meet NEOM business objectives. </li><li> Ensure targets are met and everything gets done on time. </li><li> Manage any conflict with the SMP providers. </li><li> Manage and review the SMP Procurement process. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Background, Skills &amp; Qualifications</strong><p><br></p><strong> Knowledge, Skills and Experience </strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Experience leading and motivating a diverse multicultural team. </li><li> Extensive talent acquisition experience, and the implementation of talent acquisition strategies and processes </li><li> Knowledge of both Saudi and international recruitment practices </li><li> Displayed involvement partnering with business leaders. </li><li> Good experience in preparing and analyzing a variety of recruiting data and reports and sharing with business leaders. </li><li> Solid experience in Supplemental Manpower Contract Administration </li><li> Experience in managing the Supplemental Manpower contracts and transfers. </li><li> SAP/ Fieldglass experience is a plus </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Qualifications</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field </li><li> At least 10+ years’ experience in HR of which the last position should be in a similar senior position. </li><li> A high leadership, planning and communication skills. </li><li> An HR professional qualification </li></ul><p><br></p><strong> MAIN CONTACTS </strong><p><br></p><strong> Internal </strong><p><br></p><strong> External </strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Sector Heads/Department Heads </li><li> Own team and other teams/all staff across NEOM </li><li> HR Leadership Team </li><li> Vendors and SMP suppliers </li><li> Other external entities around the world</li></ul>
