Taking ownership of service levels and communication with stakeholders including customer support teams, vendors and riders. Monitoring, measuring quality KPIs of drivers through various escalation channels to improve rider performance and compliance<p><br></p><strong>What’s On Your Plate?</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Manage a team of rider coordinators to ensure that live operations are running smoothly</li><li>Monitor completeness, accuracy, and compliance of live operations processes</li><li>Responsible for meeting SLAs in support channels with operations stakeholders</li><li>Maintain fleet compliance and rider quality KPIβs</li><li>Responsible for the growth and development of Rider Coordinators</li><li>Exploring automotive & optimization approaches to Improve and enhance the utilization of Rider Coordinators</li><li>Provide performance reports on regular basis</li><li>Lead the team to complete Ad-hoc tasks and projects</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>What Did We Order?</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Good communication skills in English and Arabic language. Urdu and Hindi are a plus.</li><li>Analytical thinker, who is able to find solutions that are practical and effective.</li><li>Strong analytical skills to analysis data and identifying trends</li><li>Excellent leadership skills: Experience with managing a bigger group of people.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure, handle stress, and handle many people with different personality types, diverse levels of education and abilities.</li><li>Confident user of Excel, Google documents, spreadsheets, and smartphone apps.</li><li>Experience in operations and logistics fields is preferable.</li><li>Can-do attitude, problem solving skills and passion for the food industry.</li></ul>
