<strong><u>Role Summary</u></strong><p><br></p>An Picker Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the NFV/grocery operations. This include managing a team of picker floor supervisors & pickers and providing support and guidance to them, as well as handling escalated partners /customer issues and complaints.<p><br></p><strong>What’s On Your Plate?</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Supervise a team of pickers & supervisors to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the assistance program</li><li>Provide training, guidance and support to the team in order to improve their performance and meet KPI’s goals</li><li>Handle escalated team issues and complaints, and take appropriate action to resolve them in a timely manner</li><li>Monitor performance and make recommendations for improvements. In-house & 3PL pickers</li><li>Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all assistance provided</li><li>Responsible for increasing assortment</li><li>Daily operational visits with minimum 4 daily</li><li>Daily/weekly & monthly store schedules</li><li>Directly responsible for CPO & overtime excellence in alignment with NFV Ops</li></ul><p><br></p>lead/manager.<p><br></p><ul><li>Making sure that right assortments are opened or created with the help of the SWAT Team on a daily basis.</li><li>Reduce NFR% & OOS gradually to reach the desired KPI’s.</li><li>Assuring SOPs are in place</li><li>Catalog updates along with promotions are aligned within our vendor coordination team</li><li>Ensure in the proper execution of inventory management and daily price changes</li><li>Coordination with 3PLs.</li><li>Responsible for logistics related challenges for cancellation follow ups and encoding the orders not returned by rider in tracker sheet.</li><li>Have a solid understanding and experience of SQL and data visualization ( Tableau or Data Studio).</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>What Did We Order?</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Strong leadership and management skills</li><li>Excellent communication and customer service skills</li><li>Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities</li><li>Knowledge of relevant regulations and laws</li><li>Experience in an assistance operations or similar role</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment</li><li>Able to make ops decisions with data proven</li></ul>
