With their pioneering vision and steadfast determination, they are poised to create a future that is free from the harmful effects of smoking.<p><br></p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Support in managing and running online platforms – all user experience / user interface. </li><li>Support in keeping content on our online platforms up-to-date and deploying all add-ons, updates etc. (across language versions). </li><li>Support in monitoring and optimizing online platforms performance (views, bounce rate etc.)</li><li>Support in running day-to-day online operations (product/service range, new listings, promotional campaigns, other activities) and solutions for programs, initiatives, campaigns. </li><li>Support in managing new/existing features and user experience enhancements and/or global implementations, in collaboration with Customer Experience team. </li><li>Brief Digital Hub and/or agencies for all content and user experience. </li><li>Monitor web analytics to identify and resolving issues related to website/online operations performance and recommend improvements to enhance customer journey (find, explore, experience, buy) and drive growth. </li><li>Support in improving Search Engine Optimization, user experience and user journey on website. </li><li>Propose, test, and bring to life new up-to-date features and tools for online operations and website visibility. </li><li>Support in managing, optimizing, enhancing user experience, and monitoring the performance of 3rd party marketplaces. </li><li>Support in managing the operational relation with 3rd party marketplaces. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Requirements:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Minimum 7 years of experience in Digital / e-Commerce. </li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. </li><li>Strong project management skills. </li><li>Fluency in English &amp; French (Spoken and Written).</li></ul>
