Be a proud ambassador for your hotel as a Front Office Supervisor, where the warm and efficient service you offer our guests makes them feel welcome at check-in, valued at check-out – and always at home.<p><br></p><strong><u>Summary Of Responsibilities</u></strong><p><br></p>Reporting to Front Office Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:<p><br></p><ul><li>Ensures that all Front Office Standards of Service & Operational Procedures are adhered.</li><li>Assigning the shift duties among colleagues then following up on the correct and complete execution of those tasks.</li><li>Ensure accurate registration for all guests checking in and revise all registration cards.</li><li>Revise all cashiers’ paper work and ensure accuracy of all transactions made and cash collected.</li><li>Monitoring colleagues’ performance and direct them when needed.</li><li>Deal with any guest request in a polite and efficient manner, delegating work where necessary to other staff ( bellmen, In Room Dining, Royal Service, Engineering, Security, etc), and then following up to ensure that the guest has been satisfied</li><li>Direct staff in maintaining clean, tidy and an organized work area at the front and back areas of the Front Office.</li><li>Determine the training courses needed for the team and arrange a monthly schedule for the training under the supervision of AFOM</li><li>Keep on explaining any unclear operational task and evaluating the GSA understanding.</li><li>Report any operational defect to the AFOM & FOM immediately.</li><li>Check the supplies inventory and refill the store as needed.</li><li>Organize the E-Log book and ensure that all points listed are properly communicated and properly understood then obtaining colleagues’ signatures on it.</li><li>Driving the shift briefings and clarify all points to the team.</li><li>Ensure all colleagues are committed to the grooming policy, front office code of ethics, health & safety regulations.</li></ul>
