We are specifically looking for amazing personalities who can add value to our team. </p><p> </p><p>Minimum Qualifications </p><ul><li>Minimum 2 years work experience within the hospitality industry</li><li>Minimum 1 year in a supervisory role</li><li>Recognized skilled barista</li><li>Extensive experience in Cafe environment </li><li>Familiar with allergens and specialized diets</li><li>Exemplary customer service and communication skills</li><li>Recognized “up seller”.</li><li>Good food knowledge and familiar with HACCP, valid PIC preferred but not essential.</li><li>A team player with attention to details and strong planning and organizing skills</li><li>Can work under pressure</li><li>Competency in using computers and hospitality based software</li></ul><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Experienced based packages, multiple openings available – accommodation on a live out basis only.
