<p>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p><p>Operational Planning</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Participate in the design and implementation of the Development Management department’s strategy and roadmap to support alignment with the Development sector’s strategy</li><li>Support in the establishment of the Development Management department’s plans and provide input to the department’s goals that support the Development sector’s overall strategic plans</li><li>Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to identify the Development Management department’s required projects to meet future business demands</li><li>Contribute to the achievement of the Development Management department’s strategy, objectives and KPIs within the accountabilities of the department</li><li>Develop regular reports on the department’s progress and outputs to be shared with relevant stakeholders in line with reporting requirements</li><li>Participate in the department’s budgeting cycle and provide input to the budgeting process</li></ul><p>Policies, Processes and Procedures</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Recommend improvements to the Development Management department’s policies and support the implementation of procedures and controls covering all areas of activity</li><li>Ensure relevant procedural requirements are fulfilled while delivering high quality and cost-effective results</li><li>Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of department systems, processes and practices, taking into account leading practices, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Job Description</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Prepare the infrastructure plans, including requirements, specifications, timelines, and budgets</li><li>Manage facility operations and formulate plans to improve facility operations</li><li>Manage infrastructure procurement, including the review of tender specifications, preparing tenders, evaluating received quotations, and provide recommendations for final selection</li><li>Maintain relationships with stakeholders across projects teams, finance, legal, etc. to ensure the efficient flow of infrastructure related requirements and delivery across departments</li><li>Coordinate with designers, engineers and architects to identify infrastructure requirements and specifications for the property</li><li>Evaluate multiple options for infrastructure requirements and provide optimum recommendation based on analysis of pros and cons of each</li><li>Maintain relationships with suppliers, identify the most optimum supplier as per requirements, and engage in commercial and technical negotiations to ensure cost optimization and high quality</li><li>Ensure adherence of all infrastructure assets to safety and environmental standards and regulations</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>EDUCATION PREREQUISITES</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent is required</li><li>Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent is preferred</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE</p><p><br></p><ul><li>8 to 13years of experience in Real Estate Industry</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Job location</p><ul><li>Saudi Arabia</li></ul><p></p>
