Job Description
- Aid and support the day-to-day project activities and decisions, support project teams.
- Develops status reports, governance packs, tracks change requests and impact assessments.
- Understand the current HR (Human Resources) functions and provide insight into current pain points.
- Manage configuration delivery and oversee all configuration activities.
- Understand integration requirements and prepare plans for interfaces.
- Direct and lead the setup of system integrations with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the data extraction, transformation, cleansing activities as required.
- Support the development of adequate documentation during the project lifecycle.
- Oversee the technical cutover from legacy system to the new solution.
- Develop the transition plan and prepare the hand-over to the support structure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience working on SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects.
- Ability to syndicate stakeholders around digital issues
- Broad understanding of HR processes, related concepts, and techniques.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance Management, Learning Management, Recruiting, etc.
- Ability to document requirements in ‘unambiguous’ manner
- Experience in HR process optimization and change management is a plus.
- Technical understanding and ability to understand how systems and technology can help solve business problems
- Fluent English both spoken and written
