Mph is currently recruiting a Subsea Package Lead<p><br></p>Start date: 01-Aug-2023<p><br></p>End date: 31-Dec-2024<p><br></p>Location: Doha<p><br></p>Resignation notice period: 2 months<p><br></p>ACTIVITIES<p><br></p><ul><li>To promote &amp; comply with applicable safety instructions and other HSE procedures in all activities,</li><li>To carry out work in compliance with values and policies, relevant laws and regulations, agreed priorities and objectives, standards and procedures and good industry practices,</li><li>To mobilize, organize and manage the teams required to carry out the work and define authority and responsibilities for each member of Package team,</li><li>To assist to define the Package LOP budget and Work Time Schedule with objective to reduce the costs and optimize the duration and to ensure compliance with these up to Project Close-out,</li><li>To interface with Field Operations team members in developing SIMOPS, tie-ins and shutdown scope, philosophy and schedule for the site activities – new WHP installation, hookup, commissioning and integration works,</li><li>To interface with Gallaf other Packages and with Integration PMT for brownfield and tie-in works with the existing facilities,</li><li>To manage launch EPC tenders from preparation of contracting strategy, CFT and bid evaluations including to manage the technical and commercial analysis of offers for contractor selection for EPC,</li><li>To manage Detail Engineering and Construction Works progress including follow-up of engineering and vendor documentation reviews to ensure compliance with design dossier, SOR, Company specifications, Corporate standard and HSE regulation, international codes and classification society rules,</li><li>To ensure EPC contract management with regards to all technical, commercial and contractual issues arising during Package execution and liaise with Gallaf Project Manager on regular basis on that matters,,</li><li>To manage close out of the all the stages of new WHP projects from CFT, Detail Engineering, Commissioning, performance tests completion, settlement of any claims, execution of close out certificates including for warranty period commencement, transfer and archiving of final documentations and issuance of close out reports,</li><li>To carry out any other duty or task that may be assigned by hierarchical superiors.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Qualifications &amp; Experience Required</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering,</li><li>Experience: At least 15 years’ experience in the offshore oil &amp; gas project with minimum 5 years experience as Project Engineer,</li><li>Experience within a project team: At least 10 years’ experience at senior level within large multinational taskforce team environment,</li><li>Experience in offshore facilities at conceptual and pre-FEED stage is preferred.</li><li>Available for technical missions worldwide,</li><li>Familiar with Total General Specifications, Prodom, MOQ standards and relevant codes and standards,</li><li>Language: Fluent English,</li><li>Computer literate,</li><li>Strong leadership skills and good communication skills,</li><li>Ability to work on projects in a complex and multicultural environment,</li><li>Good analytical skills,</li><li>H2S OPITO and T-BOSIET trainings.</li></ul>
