About the team

You will get to be part of a dynamic and autonomous team from Careem veterans to new tigers who joined on a mission to build Careem Food all aligned on the same values of ownership, shooting to the moon and being of service to customers, partners, colleagues and captains.

 

What you’ll do

• Help customers with a successful implementation by building the menu catalogs and restaurant profiles within Careem standards.
• Collect and act on customer feedback by implementing the requested updates and edits on the Menu catalog and improve customer satisfaction.
• Deal with customer requirements in a timely manner and solve customer issues.
• Work with sales, Quality Control, Training and support teams to ensure that the service meets customer expectations.
• Work closely with the sales team to request the needed Customer requirements.
• Use the onboarding tools that will give the right analytics and insights.
• This role will be serving KSA, but located in Jordan.

 

What you’ll need

• Problem solving skills.
• Good communication skills.
• The ability to shift priorities quickly when necessary.
• Ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines. 
• Languages: Fluent in written and spoken Arabic and English.
• Past experience in customer Onboarding is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in business management/Operations or any related field is a plus.
• Experience with Images editing tools is a must
• Knowledge and experience in Photoshop and photo editing tools.

 

Note: Open to work in both day and night shifts.
