We are looking to recruit a Student Admission Sales Lead to support our client’s group of schools in Dubai & KSA

This role will ultimately be responsible for developing effective student recruitment strategies across the assigned markets, which deliver business objectives and regional growth targets.

A Strong knowledge and background in managing both domestic and international student recruitment is crucial to support annual planning which includes budgeting, setting recruitment targets, pricing, and development of recruitment activities including events.

Our client is looking for a strategic leader who is passionate about people development and coaching, with prior experience of managing teams across different divisions and regions. In addition, this role will work closely with recruitment agents strategic partners and internal stakeholders, therefore excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively influence keydecision makers are essential.

About you to be considered for this role;
- the candidate will hold a Bachelor Degree or similar, with significant proven experience of leading a team and effective student recruitment strategies within a multinational education environment.
- Our client will look to hire someone with a proven track record of leading student recruitment strategies across both domestic and international markets, with previous experience of developing annual business plans and managing budgeting responsibilities.

There will be some travel involved across different markets from time to time, therefore candidates must be flexible to travel as per business requirement
