STRUCTURAL BIM MODELER

Job Description

<strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Develop and maintain high-quality 3D BIM models of building structures, including beams, columns, foundations, and floor systems.</li><li>Work closely with architects, engineers, and other design and construction professionals to ensure the model accurately represents the design intent.</li><li>Interpret design drawings and specifications to ensure the model is accurate, constructible, and meets project requirements.</li><li>Conduct design and analysis studies using the BIM model.</li><li>Generate and update construction documents such as fabrication and installation drawings from the BIM model.</li><li>Communicate and coordinate with project stakeholders to resolve conflicts and ensure model accuracy.</li><li>Stay up to date with industry standards, software updates, and advancements in BIM technology.</li><li>Assist with project delivery and quality control<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Proficient in BIM software such as Revit.</li><li>Minimum 7 years of experience</li><li>Strong technical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</li><li>Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.</li><li>Experience in the Consultancy<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>EDUCATION AND TRAINING:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Bachelor’s degree/diploma in engineering, architecture, or a related field.<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Vertical: Engineering</strong>
