Job Description: Strategy Implementation Specialist (Saudi Arabia)<p><br></p>We are seeking to onboard highly qualified Strategy Implementation Specialist with 3-5 years of relevant experience to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As a Strategy Implementation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the execution of strategic initiatives aligned with KSA’s Vision 2030 and Vision Realization Programs.<p><br></p>Responsibilities:<p><br></p><ul><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic plans and initiatives.</li><li>Conduct in-depth analyses and benchmarks to support decision-making and assignment responses.</li><li>Develop new initiatives based on global best practices and industry benchmarks.</li><li>Prepare well-structured periodic reports and compelling presentations for key stakeholders.</li><li>Utilize advanced analytical skills and reporting tools, including Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.</li><li>Ensure smooth and efficient functioning of strategy management office structures and operating models.</li><li>Prioritize workload effectively, demonstrating resilience under pressure to meet tight deadlines.</li><li>Foster effective communication channels in both English and Arabic (verbal and written).</li></ul><p><br></p>Requirements:<p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.</li><li>3-5 years of experience in strategy implementation or related areas.</li><li>Strong familiarity with KSA’s Vision 2030 and Vision Realization Programs.</li><li>Proven expertise in strategy management office structures and mandates.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.</li><li>Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.</li><li>Fluent communication skills in English and Arabic.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.</li></ul><p><br></p>Powered by JazzHR<p><br></p>8C4FyQoDmO
