Our Story

HyperSpace is a Dubai/Riyadh based future forward entertainment company, building a new format of location based entertainment linking physical and digital experience and customer engagement. Our parks sit at the convergence of social media arena and real world video game, engaging our audience meaningfully through an IRL physical experience and through digital engagement and gameplay post-visit. Our parks are powered by tokens and digital assets, and run on a game economy mirroring AAA gaming environments, and are purpose built for a new generation of content creators and players. 

To date we have opened up our first entertainment attraction – AYA – a 40,000sq-ft digital immersive experience park located in Dubai, which is seeing an average of 2,000 visitors a day. We will open two House of Hype locations, each 100,000sq-ft at Riyadh Boulevard and Dubai Mall in Q4 2023..

The Role 

We are looking for an ambitious Strategy Consultant to join our Hyperspace team in the Dubai HQ office and work close to our strategy team and our Founder & CEO. We are looking for someone with the ability to think strategically with experience and passion for developing, and expressing new investment opportunities for growth whilst managing risk and speed of execution. 

The things you’ll do:

  • Provide insights and advice on the CEO’s strategic vision, investor funding, corporate capitalization, and business development.
  • Identifying market conditions and determining their impact on strategy through financial modeling
  • Overseeing the execution of any strategic plans
  • Driving decision-making that leads to sustainable growth
  • Facilitating the development of key strategic initiatives
  • Supporting inclusive planning processes and communication between teams, other executives, and stakeholders
  • Tackling various high-impact initiatives that may change the course of the company.

  • Ability to analyze the market for change and production
  • Experience in finding important projects, ventures, potential targets and other partnership opportunities
  • Ensure any applicable metrics and performance pointers are in place in order to measure all progress
  • Problem-solving skills in order to identify problems, evaluate options and execute solutions
  • Time management skills to manage the timeline of the strategic initiatives
  • Quality-control analysis skills to conduct the testing of products and services
  • Finance management skills to figure out the amount of money needed to execute the initiatives
