<p>About this role</p><p>We are looking for a sharp-minded and confident Strategy Consultants, with <strong>previous experience</strong> in the field as well as experience in the <strong>ICT sector. </strong>The candidate must add value to our team through their experience, strategic analytical skills, and passion for successful business transformation. Multiple positions available.</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Previous strategy/management<strong> consulting background (Big 4, Big 5, Boutique) required</strong></li><li>2-10 years experience in <strong>management consulting</strong> (with focus on either or all these areas: strategy, performance, operating models, business transformation)</li><li>Preference for people having experience in the <strong>ICT sector</strong></li><li><strong>Arabic speaking</strong> not required but nice to have</li><li>Has conducted various forms of strategic analysis including market studies, competitor analysis, and product benchmarking</li><li>Well versed in strategy analysis, formulation and implementation</li><li>Experience in corporate performance management, objective/KPI development, target setting, etc.</li><li>Experience in restructuring and organization design</li><li>Experience in setting up and running a transformation office of strategy management</li><li>Experience in Balanced Scorecard development and KPI definition</li><li>Well versed in business transformations and change</li><li>Key capabilities in research and analytics</li><li>Ability to facilitate client sessions and interact with higher management levels</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Highly capable in Microsoft powerpoint and Office suite</li><li>Proficient Fluency in English (Arabic perferred but not required)</li><li>Top international university graduate preferred</li><li>Available immediately</li><li>Willing to accept temporary contract position (full time positions also available)</li></ul><p><br></p><p>If this is you, apply today.
