<p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>· Managing and developing customer relationship for the Strategy KA in UAE.</p><p>· Assess project opportunities, implement strategies and action plans to develop and grow sales for BESS, PV Inverter.</p><p>· Ensures company target achievement for each Strategy KA</p><p>· Pre-sales support and technical / commercial alignment with clients (IPPs,EPCs/System Integrators, Investors, Technical advisors)</p><p>· Convince customers to buy Sungrow products from technical, commercial, and service point of view</p><p>· Attend national and international fairs and congresses</p><p>· Support and coordinate the offers and technical solutions</p><p> </p><p><strong>Education:</strong></p><p>· MSc in Engineering or Business Administration</p><p> </p><p><strong>Experience:</strong></p><p>· Minimum 5 years’ experience in business development/sales in utility scale renewable energies projects</p><p>· Proven network and experience with Utilities, IPP, Developers, EPCs</p><p>· Proven experience to work in multinational environment</p><p> </p><p><strong>Skills:</strong></p><p>· High level of commitment and responsiveness</p><p>· Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills</p><p>· Strong technical understanding on utility energy storage system and PV Inverter</p><p>· Project management skills in an international environment with stakeholders across the globe</p><p>· Excellent written, verbal communication skills and negotiation skills</p><p>· Excellent communication skills in English. Chinese language skill is a plus</p><p>· Proficiency with computer programs/software (Microsoft Office)</p>
