Job Description
We are looking for a Strategic Finance Analyst focused on helping Khazna achieve its financial goals, fundraising, and internal planning and analysis. This is a challenging role that will allow you to work alongside world-class professionals to solve for Financial Inclusion.
The role will allow you to own the development of internal budgeting and planning, financial analysis to drive strategic insights, and fundraising from equity and debt investors. You will be working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to grow the first venture of its kind in Egypt.
Your Responsibilities:
- Assist in financial planning and forecasting process to create budgets for several business lines and teams
- Collect & analyze data to gather insights on business and financial performance
- Conduct monthly analysis and variance reports to drive financial targets
- Create and maintain various financial dashboards to automate analytics in partnership with data teams
- Assist in investment materials preparation and due diligence
- Perform ad hoc financial analysis as needed to assist in decision making
- Recommend, develop, and implement process enhancements and financial plans as required
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in finance, investment banking, VC, or a similar role
- Experience in performing financial and data analysis
- Demonstrated ability to prepare fully dynamic financial models
- Excellent excel skills
- Self-starter and able to work independently
- Fluent in English and Arabic
