<strong>Role Purpose<br><br></strong>Company: Saudi Xerox Agencies Co.<br><br>To identify sales opportunities by upselling and cross-selling within the account from Hardware to software and solutions (Archiving, Content management etc..) and maintain high rate of customer satisfaction without concerns or complains over Billing, Response time, Machines performance and overall experience.<br><br><strong>Job Accountabilities & Activities<br></strong><ul><li> Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.</li><li> Generating sales opportunities and new contacts.</li><li> Periodic customer meetings and follow-ups.</li><li> Mastering the internal financial process to be able to drive home a sale and book its revenue.</li><li> Calling potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases.</li><li> Answering customers’ questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.</li><li> Developing in-depth knowledge of company products.</li><li> Mastering the ability to build a full solution including hardware and software based on an understanding of the customer’s needs and environment.</li><li> Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.</li><li> Collaborating with the product & marketing department to ensure that the company is reaching its target audience.</li><li> Informing product Manager of possible product improvements and changes to ensure that company products and Solution offering meet current market needs.</li><li> Finding efficient ways to deal with internal and external procedures in order to better handle the workload and strive.</li><li> Preparing cost-benefit analyses for prospective and existing customers to determine the most suitable purchase options.</li><li> Analyzing competitors’ products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Education & Certifications<br><br></strong>Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business management, marketing, or any related field.<br><br><strong>Required Years Of Experience<br><br></strong>4-5 years Proven Sales experience.
