- Receive and inspect incoming rental equipment, tools, and spare parts, verifying accuracy and quality.
- Organize and maintain the storage areas, ensuring proper labeling, categorization, and segregation of items.
- Implement and strictly follow FIFO principles to ensure the rotation and utilization of inventory.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to replenish inventory as needed.
- Issue rental equipment to customers and internal teams based on authorized requests and approved documentation.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of equipment issuance, returns, and condition reports.
- Inspect returned equipment for damages or missing items and coordinate repairs or replacements as necessary.
- Maintain clear documentation and records of equipment movements and transactions.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, including stock levels, item descriptions, locations, and transaction history.
- Generate reports on inventory status, usage, and discrepancies for management review.
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify any variances.
- Monitor and track warranty information for equipment and coordinate warranty claims.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to schedule and coordinate equipment servicing and repairs.
- Ensure proper documentation of maintenance activities, including work orders, service reports, and maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate the return of repaired equipment to the inventory and update relevant records.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while handling equipment, tools, and spare parts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards related to inventory management.
- Identify and report any safety hazards or potential risks in the storage area.
