<p><strong>Key Accountabilities</strong></p><p>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Organize the activities and work of subordinates to ensure that all work is carried out in an efficient and procedurally compliant manner.</p><p>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Perform the day-to-day operations of the warehouse to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures.</p><p>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Responsible for the warehouse condition and coordinate with the facility supervisor for all requirements, needs, and maintenance.</p><p>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Maintains storage area by organizing floor space; adhering to storage design principles; recommending improvements.</p><p>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Receiving the orders form sales team.</p><p>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Verify orders and track shipments</p><p>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Transfer items to other branches and make Material Request for the wanted items from the sales team.</p><p>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Check incoming and outgoing items.</p><p>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Issue and print barcode and for labelling.</p><p>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy.</p><p>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Update stock records to ensure availability of items.</p><p>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Download &amp; upload items.</p><p>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Perform other stock-related duties, including packing, pricing, and labelling supplies.</p><p>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to logistics &amp; purchasing team and finance department.</p><p>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Prepare sales orders, then assemble and pack them for delivery.</p><p>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Drive the forklift for moving the items in the warehouse.</p><p>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ensure compliance of safety procedures in running warehouse operations.</p><p>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Prepare reports timely and accurately.</p><p>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Implement approved departmental policies, processes, procedures.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p> </p><p> <strong>Qualifications, Experience &amp; Skills</strong></p><p> <strong> </strong> <strong>Education</strong></p><p> High School or Diploma or relevant degree</p><p> <strong>Language</strong></p><p> Arabic (Must) – English (Must)</p><p> <strong>Experience</strong></p><p> 1 – 2 &nbsp;years of relevant experience</p><p> <strong>Skills</strong></p><p> </p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Excellent organization skills.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Inventory management skills</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p></p>
