Position Title: Store Supervisor
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 5.5K AED, all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications, plus OT pay

About the Client:
An Italian pizzeria based in Abu Dhabi that offers take away and pick up orders
Job Description:
- Generate reports for stakeholders as needed.
- Ensure team members always maintain a professional appearance and motivate them to achieve daily goals.
- Consistently meet KPIs set by upper management, while optimizing store performance and efficiency and minimizing waste.
- Collaborate with online delivery partners to ensure efficient deliveries and strive for top ratings on delivery platforms.
- Maintain daily product quality, ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in the store, and provide good customer service.
Skills
Qualifications:
- Open to Asian and Arabic nationals
- 35 years old and below
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the same role
- Preferably with experience from a pizza store/restaurant
- Supervisory or team leader experience in F&B industry within UAE is a must
- Must be amenable to flexible shift
- Immediate joiners will be prioritized
