THE JOB WILL BE IN ( ABHA – KHAMIS MESHAIT – TABUK)

The ideal candidate will have the ability to supervise the daily operations of the retail store and complete tasks related to inventory tracking, team member coaching, and customer service. He should be a confident supervise and be able to share their best practices to onboard new employees. This candidate should also possess strong supervision skills and be able to assign duties to relevant employees to maintain the function of the store.

Responsibilities

  • supervise daily operations of the business and ensure sales goals are met
  • Direct employees in daily operations such as serving customers, inventory-taking, reconciling cash, and supervise in-store marketing
  • Assigns duties to relevant employees
  • Conduct hiring and on boarding of new employees
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
  • Track and supervise inventory at the store.

Skills

Qualifications

  • 3 – 5 years of retail and retail supervision experience Demonstrated ability to train employees and be an effective salesperson
  • Strong customer service, supervision , and communication skills
  • Stock management
  • ERP system practice and efficiency
  • Hiring, Training & Coaching
  • Excellent excel skills
  • Details and result focusing.
