Job Summary

Our client is a Global Trademark distributor of leading international tobacco brands and alternative nicotine delivery solutions in the GCC & Middle East. They are currently seeking an experienced Store Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the operational aspects of our retail stores in the KSA.

Store Operations Manager Responsibilities:

Β 

  • Streamline and optimize store processes to enhance operational efficiency and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
  • Oversee inventory management processes, including stock replenishment, stock counts, and minimizing stock discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to design appealing store layouts that maximize product visibility and customer engagement.
  • Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely delivery of tobacco products to meet customer demands.
  • Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that all tobacco products meet industry standards and regulations.
  • Enforce strict adherence to health and safety guidelines, ensuring a safe environment for staff and customers.
  • Monitor store performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve targets.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to store staff to enhance their product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to create and manage store budgets, controlling expenses while maximizing profitability.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between store teams, head office, and various departments to ensure a cohesive and unified approach.

Store Operations Manager Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in store operations management.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide store teams effectively.
  • Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify operational issues and implement effective solutions.

  • Ability to adapt to changing market dynamics and make data-driven decisions to drive operational success.
  • Proficient in using retail management software, Microsoft Office suite, and other relevant tools.
