We’re a team of dedicated people driving this mission by providing better, faster, and cheaper ways to access food through technology.<p><br></p>Role Overview<p><br></p>We’re looking for a star team player who is passionate about maintaining a clean and safe working environment at all times to join our production team in Dubai.<p><br></p>Main responsibilities<p><br></p><ul><li>Strive to uphold all hygiene and sanitation regulations; ensuring that all equipment in the kitchens and dishwashing areas are clean and in good working order.</li><li>Help create cleaning schedules for the team and be the main point of contact.</li><li>Ensure all stewarding team members arrive punctually and in clean uniforms for their scheduled shifts.</li><li>Manage the stewarding team and maintain cleanliness, be sure to report any deficiencies.</li><li>Ensure that the right cleaning tools and chemicals are used in the kitchen facility at all times.</li><li>Lead and supervise the stewarding team in all aspects and ensure standards are followed.</li><li>Conduct training and assists with diagrams, log sheets, & documentation.</li></ul><p><br></p>Ideal candidate<p><br></p><ul><li>Previous experience as a stewarding supervisor or similar role.</li><li>Maintains cleanliness of all kitchen areas including machinery and kitchen tools</li><li>Ability to lead the stewarding team and ensure all standards and regulations are met.</li><li>Familiar with Chemical dilution systems like TDS (Training data sheets) & MSDS (Material safety data sheets)</li><li>Maintains the HACCP standards in and around the kitchen</li><li>Clear communication skills with a friendly personality.</li><li>Able to train new members of the staff and re-train when necessary.</li><li>Maintain and check chemical PPM at Regular Intervals</li><li>Be up to date with an inventory of chemicals and guide and train the new staff.</li><li>Be a good communicator between the head chef and stewarding manager</li><li>Well-organized and detail-oriented.</li></ul><p><br></p>Powered by JazzHR<p><br></p>abnawBd1qq
