Job Description

– Responsible for the cleanliness and sanitizing of all surfaces.
– Keeping floors and work areas clear of hazards and obstruction.
– Responsible of the operation of kitchen cleaning equipment.
– Must be able to compute chemical usage.
– Standing up and moving about in the kitchen or other designated areas, handling objects, products, chemicals, cleaning supplies and utensils.
– A working knowledge of equipment and associated chemicals.
– Understanding of food safety and hygiene.
– Passionate about maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
