Role Purpose
We are looking for a Stakeholder Manager (KSA National) for our P&DS team based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role will be working in Riyadh on a major program. The focus will be interfacing with multiple project stakeholders as part of our large teams.
What this job involves
- Manage engagement with project stakeholders across local authorities, statutory and non-statutory bodies, industry & business, land & property, communities and other parties to establish strong working relationships.
- Manage stakeholder mapping and prepare communications to stakeholders and respond to stakeholder inquiries.
- Manage stakeholder engagement coordinators, providing guidance and directing their workload activities to ensure timescales and requirements are met.
- Work collaboratively with other members of the project team, the PMO (project management office).
- Preparation of reports and strategies as they relate to Stakeholder management.
- Provide input into the weekly and Monthly reports.
- Prepare client and other presentations and present these to the required audience.
- Prepare and review stakeholder management plans and flow charts.
- Act as the focal point for all stakeholder-related matters.
- Manage contractors and Consultants and assist in them obtaining the required permits.
- Lead stakeholder meetings and issue minutes of meetings and close out actions arising.
- Prepare and issue reports as required from time to time.
- Provide briefings and support to technical teams for meetings with stakeholders.
- Arrange and attend stakeholder meetings with technical team members and ensure feedback of stakeholder responses and requests to technical teams are responded to within agreed timescales.
- Prepare and manage workshops, roundtables, and forum logistics including developing agendas, project plans, minute taking, and production of reports.
- Ensure an accurate audit trail is maintained of all stakeholder engagement and all contact/activities are recorded on the stakeholder database.
- Attend client-facing meetings and collaborative planning workshops, while reporting to clients on progress.
- Provide input into weekly/monthly reports for PMO and Project Board.
- Attend Stakeholder Engagement Working Group and expedite actions arising.

- Significant experience in managing engagement with multiple stakeholders on major high-profile construction programs.
- A clear understanding of issues pertaining to project development.
- Proven ability to work and multi-task under pressure, respond quickly to changing situations in complex project environments, prepare responses/narratives quickly and clearly and use personal initiative.
- Good interpersonal and networking skills, and highly articulate team player.
- Strong project management and people management skills.
- Familiarity with using various CRM systems essential.
- Broader project communications experience and skills.
- Excellent written and verbal skills with a fluent proficiency in English and native Arabic (KSA National).
