We’re currently looking for an experienced, innovative, and bilingual Marketing-Sales Manager to join our expanding team.</p><p><br></p><p>Job Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><p>Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans to achieve company objectives.</p><p>Identify potential markets and customer needs, and customize products and services accordingly.</p><p>Collaborate with the management team to align company sales and marketing strategies.</p><p>Develop promotional materials and lead their distribution across various media channels.</p><p>Manage the company’s online presence, including website, social media, and other digital platforms.</p><p>Coordinate with potential and existing clients in both English and Russian, ensuring top-tier customer service.</p><p>Prepare detailed reports and forecasts for sales and marketing metrics.</p><p>Monitor competition, understand market trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.</p><p>Oversee and manage the sales team, fostering a high-performance sales culture.</p><p>Plan, execute, and represent the company at marketing and sales events, both local and international.</p><p>Qualifications:</p><p><br></p><p>Fluent in Russian and English (both written and spoken).</p><p>Proven experience as a Marketing-Sales Manager or similar role, preferably within the tourism or leisure sector.</p><p>Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods.</p><p>Proficiency in using marketing software and online applications (e.g., CRM tools, Online analytics, Google Adwords).</p><p>Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.</p><p>Strong creative, strategic, analytical, and organizational skills.</p><p>Valid UAE work permit.</p><p>UGT Balloon is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
