-Support daily production activities. 
-Participate in continuous improvement through the achieving excellence Efficiency.      
-Support Design team for preparing the standard work by operators
-Support production team by communicating the operators performance.
-Implement kaizen activities
-Reduce WIP
-Synchronize material flux with information flux (customer forcast)
-Prepare the capacity studies of all new projects.
-Define the work method.
