Sr. Specialist Treasury Risk Management

Eram Talent, a division of ERAM Group, is looking for a Sr. Specialist Treasury Risk Management for a leading company in the Oil &amp; Energy industry. This role will be based in the GCC region and will work alongside a multi-disciplinary team of professionals.<p><br></p>The successful candidate will work with the Treasury team and be responsible for providing in-depth analysis and risk management services to the organization.<p><br></p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Global Treasury financial risk management oversight and enhancement</li><li>Treasury Risk Committee Secretary</li><li>Implement new Project: Treasury Risk Cockpit</li><li>Credit Rating Agency (Modelling, communication, coordination)</li><li>FX VaR / FX Risk Management</li><li>Oversight Liquidity / Interest Rate Risk</li><li>Oversight Metals Leasing</li><li>Review and update the risk management policies/guidelines</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Requirements</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Qualifications: University Degree in finance, Global experience of financial risk management</li><li> Experience: 5-10 years of Treasury experience, Global experience of financial risk management , Expert knowledge of Treasury risk management toolkit (derivatives, credit enhancement etc)</li><li> Job Specific Skills:</li><li>Advanced technical / financial modeling skills (knowledge of Power BI is a plus)</li><li>Understanding of treasury products</li><li>Understanding financial controllership</li><li>Strong presentation skills</li><li>Strong stakeholder management skills</li><li>Hands on with “Can Do” mentality</li><li>Ability to liaise and communicate with stakeholders at all levels</li></ul>
