With more than 1,500+ employees, 4 million users, 15,000+ brands<p><br></p><strong><strong>Role Summary</strong></strong><p><br></p>We’re looking for a passionate, results-driven Marketing Planning Manager to join our Regional Marketing Team and work closely with all our countries to support their grocery marketing strategies and fuel their growth.<p><br></p><strong><strong>What’s On Your Plate?</strong></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Identify and introduce opportunities to grow the grocery vertical within our paid and owned marketing channel landscape</li><li>Lead on performance deep dives to identify blockers for performance and opportunities for growth and present findings to senior management</li><li>Develop and maintain analytical models for media mix optimization and budget allocation among different verticals</li><li>Introduce regional partnerships to local teams and support their successful execution and performance review</li><li>Work closely with the Sr Growth Manager and other regional functions to create processes for gathering inputs from multiple reporting mechanisms, defining OKRs and developing operational health insights for regular business reviews</li><li>Analyze &amp; demonstrate the effectiveness and incrementality of different campaigns and tactics, to recommend future improvements and actions</li><li>Understand the business context and partner with country teams to work on integrated and tactical campaigns, deliver country’s grocery growth and meet business objectives</li><li>Create and develop campaign playbooks, execution templates and trade calendars that can be shared across the region to enable cross country learnings</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><strong>What Did We Order?</strong></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>You have a degree in Marketing or related disciplines, with at least 5 years of relevant working experience in consulting or marketing in the e-commerce or FMCG sector</li><li>Exceptionally strong analytical and presentation skill set </li><li>A process-driven individual who has executed complex, multi-layer work streams in a matrix organization</li><li>You have strong stakeholder management &amp; communication skills</li><li>You are a team player and love bouncing ideas</li><li>You are comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-changing environment</li></ul>
