<p><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li> Develop and execute test plans for complete software solutions.</li><li> Develop and execute different manual and automated testing to ensure product is up to the standards of quality.</li><li> Performs all aspects of verification and validation in all testing phases.</li><li> Conducts training sessions on quality control activities.</li><li> Develops and initiates standards and methods for inspection and testing.</li><li> Mentors a peer and reports feedback to the lead or manage</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li> Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.</li><li> Proven 2-4 years experience in the same field.</li><li> ISTQB Software Tester Foundation certified is a plus.</li><li> Working knowledge of Java or C# and their unit testing frameworks.</li><li> Good knowledge of relational databases and Microsoft SQL Server.</li><li> Good understanding of HTML</li><li> Good understanding of Agile methods and techniques</li><li>Excellent communication skills.</li><li> Background experience in GSM providers, Payments solutions, and/or Software services.</li></ul><p><br></p>
