An exciting opportunity is available for <strong>Sr Scheduler II </strong>Located in <strong>Jubail, KSA</strong><p><br></p><strong>Job Purpose </strong><p><br></p>The role of scheduler is to prepare daily work schedules including Preventive Maintenance jobs depending on the available capacity of work centres.<p><br></p><strong>Role responsibilities:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Review the work schedule with Operation Maintenance Coordinator and other departments to ensure smooth implementation of the daily schedule.</li><li>Prepare and provide day wise schedule for weekly work.</li><li>Follow up &amp; arrange all required services related to work orders as needed.</li><li>Communicate the final work schedule to all concerned sections.</li><li>Lead daily meeting for update and reschedule non-completed Work orders with Operation Maintenance Coordinator which is not executed during the scheduled time.</li><li>Publish daily/weekly update of daily execution with concern person.</li><li>Convert notification to work order and arrange the requirements during EMERGENCY.</li><li>Ensure Work Order closing requirements are completed in SAP. </li><li>Attend daily/Weekly /Monthly meeting with stake holders (Operation, Reliability, Plant Maintenance) to discuss major concerns, resolve issues and review backlogs.</li><li>Responsible for carrying out duties safely. Comply with all the company safety procedures, regulations, and programs</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Qualification and Requirements:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Diploma or relevant degree in Mechanical, Instruments, Electrical or Industrial </li><li>At least 5 years’ experience in the industrial business as Scheduler/ Planner</li><li>Full awareness of SAP system</li><li>Full awareness of Microsoft Office &amp; Microsoft Project</li></ul>
