<p>For a leading Tobacco distributer company located in Abo Rawash , Giza, we are looking for Senior SAP HCM Application Support Specialist to assume the following responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Provide application maintenance and support.</li><li>Business process enhancements and implementing.</li><li>Provide Application consulting.</li><li>Investigate and resolve application issues of the end users.</li><li>Analyze the requirements of end users, and then test, integrate applications and applying new changes requests.</li><li>Maintain of master data.</li><li>Organize and provide training to the business users.</li><li>Maintain authorization matrix.</li><li>Project management.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Specification:</strong></p><ul><li>know more than one module and can relate.</li><li>know the interrelationship of HCM module with the relevant integration points in other parts of the system.</li><li>the ability to build relationships with colleagues at all levels.</li><li>to be able to plan and priorities your own work.</li><li>have to be able to perform customer requirements analysis and both be able to model the existing or ‘AS IS’ business processes as well as design the ‘TO BE’ business processes and convince the customer that the new design is the way they need to go – to such an extent they get their client to sign-off on the design.</li><li>Expert in all SAP business’ process of HCM module.</li><li>4 + years of experience in the consulting field.</li></ul>
