Focus on Govt/ non Govt. Co-op<br><br></p> Job Responsibilities <ul> <li>Develop and implement sales strategies to increase the sale of automotive accessories</li> <li>Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve sales targets</li> <li>Ensure that customer needs are met by providing expert advice and resolving issues</li> <li>Develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and manufacturers</li> <li>Supervise and train sales staff members to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales goals</li> <li>Maintain knowledge of industry trends, products, and competitor activities to provide competitive advantages</li> <li>Ensure that all merchandise is displayed properly and that prices are accurate</li> <li>Develop and maintain inventory management procedures and oversee inventory levels</li> <li>Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions</li> <li>Maintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations</li> </ul> Candidate Requirements <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance or related field</li> <li>2-3 years of experience in sale, preferably in the automotive industry</li> <li>Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills</li> <li>Excellent customer service skills and the ability to resolve customer issues</li> <li>Knowledge of automotive accessories and the automotive industry</li> <li>Ability to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets</li> <li>Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software</li> <li>Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed</li> </ul> Education
