Exposure to successful experienced co-workers, industry best practices, advanced technology and challenging projects makes <strong>KBR-AMCDE</strong> the ideal company providing opportunities for career growth and development.<p><br></p><strong><u>Main Job Description</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Create job postings through various recruitment portals</li><li> Network with potential hires through social media and events</li><li> Create a readily available talent pipeline for expected vacancies</li><li> Source suitable candidates based on hiring manager’s requirements</li><li> Screen resumes and job applications</li><li> Conduct phone screening to generate shortlists of qualified candidates</li><li> Interview candidates in person and online for a wide range of roles (junior, senior, and executive)</li><li> Assist in mobilizing expat employees from outside the Kingdom</li><li> Responsible for orientation of new employees</li><li> Responsible for the onboarding of new employees</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Main Requirements</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or relevant field</li><li> 4 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition</li><li> Must be advanced in English language</li><li> Must be excellent in communication skills</li><li> Saudi National</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>R2069333</strong>
