About the jobAs A Sr. Quality Analyst, you will develop and execute exploratory and automated tests to ensure product quality. You will be an integral part of our company’s product development process. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting tests before product launches to ensure software runs smoothly and meets client needs while being cost effective.

What you’ll do

  • Plan, design, execute and maintain different types of performance tests like load, stress, endurance, spike, capacity etc.

  • Working to adapt to a new project and a new team.

  • Communicate with Clients and Stakeholders.

  • Develop, revise, and analyze data and information related to quality engineering.

  • Writing & running automation scripts on a daily basis and validating the test results.

  • Report bugs & track defects and help troubleshoot errors.

  • Partners with engineers to drive QA efforts.

  • Learn new testing tools to make the testing process effective and efficient.

What you’ll need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.

  • +4 years of experience.

  • Knowledge of testing types.

  • High attention to detail and solid analytical skills.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Good team working and critical thinking skills.

  • Previous banking experience with a proven track record in testing core banking systems and cash management functionalities, demonstrating the ability to develop comprehensive test plans, create detailed test cases, execute tests, identify defects, and ensure the efficient and accurate functioning of financial software.
