Job Description

<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Graduate with a bachelor’s Degree&nbsp;in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.</li><li>With a minimum of 7 total years of experience;</li><li>Must have relevant experience in Abu Dhabi</li><li>Good Knowledge of Civil &amp; MEP Construction Methods and Materials, Take-Off Calculation, Value Engineering, Feasibility Study, BOQ Preparation, Tendering Analysis, Material selection, Specification Review &amp; Update, and FIDIC Forms of contracts.</li><li>Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Plan Swift, AutoCAD, etc.</li><li>With a valid UAE driving license</li><li>Arabic speaker</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Major Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Take off Calculation</li><li>Value Engineering</li><li>Material Selection, Specification Review &amp; Update</li><li>BOQ Preparation</li><li>Reviewing and Preparing the draft of Contracts</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><span>Interested candidates may also send their CVs to career@ace-uae.net with the subject: </span><strong>”QS2023-108 – “Applicant Name”</strong></p>
